Hey, everyone. I searched the threads, and I did not see anything about this. Please correct me if wrong!

What's a first good mod + tune combo to throw at my new '20 Supra 3.0? I was looking at Catless DP with a tune of some sort. Given that you all agree with that choice, what's the best catless DP that will keep the burbles going? Also, is there a "tried and true" tune out there?

Arguably the most important mod is the wind deflectors for the side mirror areas.
If you happen to be at a track that requires the windows to be down or you just want to cruise on the street with the windows down, you get the idea.
Your ears, passenger's ears, etc. will thank you.

You can go the Amazon route for super cheap or you can get the more expensive carbon fiber solutions. Either way, best bang for the buck mod out there.

I purchased the AMS set to match my carbon fiber mirror caps. Thanks for the tip, though.

The first thing I'll do once mine escapes from port is swap in an AWE resonated touring exhaust. Lots of good exhaust choices out there!

First you need to see if your DME needs a bench unlock. Then you can proceed with the downpipe and tune route. It will of course depend if you want power or suspension first.

Is there a reliable way to check this?

Downpipe, ecutek and a visconti flex fuel kit. You need nothing else and anything else will be for sounds / looks until you are ready to go to port injection or a bigger turbo. Imo those 3 things are the best setup for the supra. A 500 whp street beast that'll run 10s at the track and never have an issue.

I was thinking of going that setup route for the street in the near future(Ecutek with aftermarket DP no flex fuel) I was just curious is there a big advantage going catless vs high flow catted? I have an AMS catted DP I haven't installed yet and was just curious thanks :)

bimmercode is worth it just to turn off the fake engine noises (active sound)

but while you're in there,
turn off warning menus and pop ups
turn off the lock beeper
turn off the speedometer offset
etc...

these little details made a big difference (at least for me)
