Installed the overpriced Amazon cubby. Glasses case and phones where I left them..... the first time... Ever. And work sucked, but driving this car for 12 miles erased a crappy day.

Today I installed the outlets for the 2 rear speakers. After playing with the equalizer it’s a completely different sound. So much more full and rich. I highly recommend it. It only took me and my buddy about an hour!
I need to do this!

Hurt a cylinder, I think.

Going to check compression tomorrow, but not looking great for the rest of the season. Will know tomorrow. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Best case here is a plug, coil, stuck PI injector, PI injector wiring, something like that. Worst case is pull the motor and build it time. Neither are entirely terrible, one just ends the season.

oh it even Supra specific. Lol. You weren’t lying, that’s pricey. 😂
Thanks!
I was expecting $40-50, and that would be overpriced. He definitely wasn't lying lol.

Can we leave reviews complaining of overpriced-ness without actually buying?

Dumb idea, since I’m not that familiar with the intricacies of BMW tuning, but a big correction on shifts and then steady recovery while at WOT looks like shift knock to me, possibly a blown mount?

I bent the shit out of a motor mount on my STi one day at the track on a hard launch. The rest of the evening the loud CLACK every time I shifted and got back on the throttle would confuse the knock sensor and cause it to pull timing. It looked just like your plots.

" Because the original MST air box was SOOOO heavy " -- curious how heavy the OEM box is. And you have to be careful you can throw off your corner balance this way :D
That's a good point, but I'm not too concerned about it in this case. My lack of driving ability should far outweigh any small corner balance issues that may arise. 🤣

As for your question, the stock intake box comes in at 74.3oz, or 4.6lbs. That is the full intake with the air filter. For a real apples to apples comparison we would need to weigh the intake pipe and air filter as well. I'm anxious to see the weight comparisons once I'm done with the dry carbon intake pipe.
