First a parking lot collision, now hail?

It's a sad time for me and my supra. A few weeks ago my car was hit while I was working and I didn't find out until I finished my 12 hour shift, the driver side headlight is destroyed, the hood is dented, and the front bumper is scraped. There was no note and no cameras facing where I was parked, so I have no idea who did it. Fortunately but unfortunately, a few days ago hail came to Texas and I wasn't prepared, the supra went through a brutal hail beating before it got fixed. The upside to this is that the hood, headlight, and front bumper are already getting replaced, better to take hail before replacement than after. However, the roof, doors, and quarter panels also took a lot of damage.

(Edit): The cost of the initial damage from someone hitting it was $6k, for the hail damage, the adjuster said $9k. I will most likely be ordering a carbon fiber roof since the roof needs to be replaced anyway.

Sorry to see.. I have had 2 cars with bad luck.. not sure what it is, but they were possessed. I sold them. I suggest you do the same and get another Supra.

The hood, headlights, and bumper have been ordered prior to the hail storm. As for the other parts that were affected by the hail, no. We have an adjuster coming to see the car.

UPDATE! On Monday, May 15th I dropped it off at the shop to get fixed, now I have to wait. I have no idea how long it will take but they are replacing a bunch of the damaged parts (front bumper, driver side headlight, hood, roof, doors, side mirror, hatch). I'm not sure if the quarter panels are being replaced or if they are doing PDR. That's all the information I have at the moment. I also will not be ordering a carbon fiber roof like I said previously. Not sure what the plans are for mods.

Fuck hail. I've been hit twice. Once when I visited my parents and another time when I was volunteering my time to help some local kids. So sorry to hear about this. What a pain in the ass. Hope insurance is covering it and it all gets sorted.

Especially after that hail storm that came through a couple weeks ago.
My parents in Elizabeth had golf ball sized hail hit their neighborhood. The SE corner of the metro area gets destroyed with hail every spring-summer transition it seems. I hate driving my cars in that part of town during this time of the year because of the hail potential
