Should I pull it out or keep this in there? I sprayed water on it and there’s no air leak…

I wouldn't, as it may go deeper over time and that metal to gravel noise would bug me.

I had this happen few months back on my current car, luckily on the way home from work. Though no shop was open at Thu 6pm, nor when they opened, could do anything about it.

I pulled it out, it looked like a piece of a blade that split in half. No leak just tread damage luckily!
