I also have a streethunter style spoiler and I’m not lowered (yet) if that would make a difference between either choice

For highway pulls, don't get any aero toss that spoiler away. Get a top mount turbo, E, Meth, Tune, Tires, Driver mod. You'll pull all the B's!
