Hello,
Just wanted to know is it normal for a tuner to not getting back with you for 2 weeks after logs sent? Still on base tune.

Intagram, support portal, emails...all no reply.

Probably completely different but I used Jesse at 1FastSupra for a JB4 piggyback tune and he would get back in a day every time.

Just a couple questions but you said base tune so I have to ask…What mods are you tuning for and are you experiencing any issues with the tune or driveablility?

I could be wrong but I highly doubt the process would stop at a base tune if you are using a remote tuner. Once files have been pushed, typically the tuning is done unless the tuner saw issues in the parameters or asked for additional logs, in which case, even the tuners with less than desirable communication will say something before sending a car on its way.

Trouble is most people think that the tuning process paid for continues after the files have been pushed and you take possession of the car. For logging and stuff after it’s been deemed good, unless you’re paying the tuner for support, good luck. I have to pay my guy additional to look at logs and reflash.

It is remote tuned. He wanted me to do 3rd-4th gear log. I'm just curious about how long does it usually takes.

As was mentioned before, TX2K is going on right now, many/most tuner shops have been busy preparing for it the last week and are there now. I wouldn't expect to get a response until early-mid next week. Under normal conditions it'll depend on the tuner, but a turnaround time of a few days to a week when iterating maps isn't unusual.

Most tuners are / were at TX2k. It will be delayed for some time
@alexd0316 ^^^This. Between prepping their own and participating customer cars, the actual event days, and any post event stuff, it may be a bit, unfortunately.

To be expected, a lot if not most the big name tuners within this platform have been prepping and partaking in TX2k and getting ready for the race season. Be patient and if you drive your car on a base map or 1st/2nd revision, keep it out of heavy throttle or boost. Custom tuning can take a LONG time to dial in.
