If this was my car, I’d:

1. Find a body shop that specializes in high end cars. If you have trouble finding one, ask your local Porsche or Ferrari dealer who does their bodywork.

2. Tell the dealership you will not be satisfied unless your car is handled at this shop.

3. Bring you car there.

Trust me: there is a difference in the quality of shops out there. Toyota is a mass production car and the dealer will send your car where they work on Corollas. You car is special and it deserves special.
You have a point, to which I agree. Unfortunately last week at the time I dropped my car off at the dealer and should be ready for pickup today. I would just have to see in person and make a really long a thorough inspection. I should have gone to my local Porsche dealer to ask where they send their cars for body work and paint. :( Fingers crossed everything is good

I would tell the GM of the dealership that you want them to PPF the front bumper at their expense for the all the trouble you have been through after paying top dollar. Tell them you plan on taking your car there for years of service and this small gesture would make things right and establish your trust. Whether you actually take your car there is up to you. All they can say is no.

I would not ask the GM to PPF the car they might mess that up. The OP should take his car to a reputable PPF installer.

I plan on taking my car to Exotic Vehicle Wraps for ceramic and PPF, Iv had my Lexus PPF installed by them and they work with exotic cars every week, it's convenient that they are literally my neighbors from my work. (https://www.exoticvehiclewraps.com/)

That's the plan so far, after giving paint 30 days to cure

I agree. To clarify, I meant the GM should offer to pay for the PPF at a reputable shop. My Toyota dealer works with a local shop that PPFs very high end cars and they did a great job. It did not even cross my mind that the dealership would do the PPF themselves as that is a real specialty service, but I guess it is possible.

Dealership ran your vin and it showed cosmetic work was done? Does it specify
What cosmetic work was done?
No it just said cosmetic work was done. It doesn't show up on carfax just at Toyota dealership so far.

I’m probably just not seeing it. Are you talking about the orange peel?

I argued with the GM for 1 hour and they sent me out. I took the time to go to my local Porsche Dealership and asked where they pair their high end cars and they told me to get my Supra done correctly at this place they always use. The place they recommend works on their fleet, Mercedes, super cars, etc. they also told me go to that shop and don’t ever take Supra back to Toyota dealer :(

now I’ll have to spend good amount to get it properly done, which isn’t an issue. I just want it done correctly.

Yeah, are these white marks on the paint or are they just dirt.

As soon as I saw the post, I'm like nope dealer will not fix again. They were "kind" the first time. Not again...
