Definitely not my daily, hell it never sees rain stays in the garage and gets a maintenance wash weekly still!! My other normal cars are a lifted F150 for when we get storms and I need to get into work and daily, and also just bought a 2023 Stinger Gt2 for my wife.

I have a couple options... but the GTI is my primary daily and dedicated winter car.

The Supra remains special and is driven in the perfect weather scenario. Keeping it fresh and exciting to drive.

2017 Yamaha FZ09 is my daily and sees way more miles than the Supra, even up in here the cold and wet. ?
I really hate riding my motorcycle now - people are even dumber than they were when I started riding 16 years ago.

Starting the thread.

I currently have a 21' Corolla (on the endless dealer loop to get one A90 MT). But I'm really looking to have Supra as my only car and use the Corolla on trade-in. I don't have daily commute as I work from home but that will be my all-purpose even during the winter, just avoiding the bad days as I already do that today with a Corolla I'm sure I'll be fine. I do around 15k miles a year and I'm in Downtown Toronto
Honestly From my 1 year ownership of my Supra 22 it has surpassed my expectations.

The Supra gas MPG is not to bad as I currently get 26 MPG on comfort mode which is almost 80% of my time driving it. The trunk cabin is fairly big enough to go on a $200 budget Costco trip and still have some space left over. Here a video of someone running the Supra for 40,000 miles in snowy weather too: 40,000 mile GR supra

If I were you, if you have good credit some dealerships will give you the car no down payment and sell your corolla third party. Also go to a credit union they have really good interest.

Technically yes, it's my daily. I drive it pretty much everywhere unless I have a chance to take my R6, but it's been currently 100+ in Texas recently and I can't risk toasting my boys down there anymore.

Didn't buy it to be my daily, but it ended up being that way until I got a bike. Later down the road, I plan on getting something else to be my daily though.

I’m at about 62.3k miles and reliability for mine has been spot on
I'm glad you're enjoying your car to the fullest. Some people just like their car to sit.

Anyway, I drive my Supra on random days. I like to alternate vehicles.

Supra's my daily, although my gf has another car. I only use that one when we're both going for a long drive. Also, if there's hail warning, I take hers and I just drive her to work lol. We don't give a fuck if anything happens to her car.

Haven't read the whole thread yet but my view:
- I've had my car since April and would say I drive it 60% of the time. Pretty much will always pick the Supra unless I know either 1) I'm just going to sit in rush hour traffic or deal with downtown parking; 2) thunderstorms likely (don't mind rain but we get a lot of hail in CO) and when we get to winter or 3) just in the mood for a mindless drive.
- I find having a much less fun daily (mazda cx-5) to drive on occasion really makes driving the Supra more "special". I haven't driven anything but the Supra in a week or two and was driving the CX-5 today and holy shit it was slow, a good reminder.

I fully expect when I upgrade the crossover in a couple years to something new this will flip flop to where I'm driving the Supra less than half the time but this should also align with more aggressive modding.

Supra is my only car at the moment and it makes a fantastic daily! Having a blast with it so far and am so glad I held out for a manual to get released! It’s everything I’ve wanted in a sports car since I was a kid!
19 years ago, my mom wrote this note in a book she gave me for my 12th birthday! Fast forward 19 years…I do own one of those incredible fast machines and couldn’t be happier! ?

But I’m planning on taking my stepdads 2000 4Runner with 5 speed manual and TRD/Magnusson supercharger ? off his hands by the end of this fall for my Colorado winters and as a summer off roading toy. He’s just gotta pull the trigger on whatever he decides for a new car! If he doesn’t make up his mind before snowfall, I’ll be buying a beater Subaru to get me through until he does decide because I want that 4Runner! Those 3rd gen T4R’s are beasts and his is in excellent condition, very well maintained as he’s the only owner!

That Mercedes is sweet! Surprised you didn’t get an Absolute Zero Supra to keep the white theme going!
