It could be that the allocation has just been reached for the current production batch. There could be a face lift coming - the current shape is 4 years old.
Looll... I read your message about facelift and got anxious already. I hope it will look worse so I have no reason to change my car ? I have a feeling facelift is still at least a year away.

I don't it's allocation problem. When I asked Toyota about ordering new manual vs. Auto, they said waiting time is the same. It didn't sound like there is allocation limit of seperate queues.

Maybe they didn't sell in the UK as well as expected?

There is no facelift this year other than what is already well known.. new colour, etc. Either next year or the year after will be the final year of production so I would suggest it is very unlikely Toyota will bother to make any significant changes as the Surpa sunsets.

I think its easy for manufacturers to get it wrong in the UK when it comes to enthusiast cars. So many cars in the UK are manual compared with other places (USA) so Auto boxes on sports cars sell really well. I dont think we have the same hype for manual cars because everyone from fresh out of school to your grandma already drives one.

If we are going to talk about BMW colour special editions i would really love a Sakhir Orange Supra. I love that burnt orange metallic.

Amen ?? I bought manuals all my life because they were ”true” sports cars. 25 years later it dawns on me that these automatics have come a long way and fun as ? to drive. Especially on track. Now I drive my manual car on the street (fun & fond memories) & my auto Supra for track. Never thought I’d be driving an “auto” on track! Even if I am rowing through the gears with the ZF transmission.

Happy you are getting sorted.

The Dealership called me and also confirmed that there was a "SE" MT6 in the Mat White available with all the Pro Spec, But from what I have been told the white is hard to maintain. So I have opted to wait for the car to arrive, I have left my deposit in place so all being well, another week or so fingers crossed.

I was told there was a model change that caused a lot of confusion.

The VOT is telling me my supra is in Grimsby, UK getting the final checks... But it's not been updated in the past 30 mins.... (Yes, I know, i should stop watching this thing)....lol
Hi mate, new here. also waiting for my supra to be delivered to my local branch.

Was just wondering if you have your car yet?

I was told mine is in UK and would arrive to my local branch on the 3rd August but every time the date comes by it gets pushed back another 2 weeks, so now I've been told 5th September. Due to delays at the port apparently.

Not wanting to jink's myself!

All being well should have it by the end of the week (Friday)... It has arrived with the dealer and needs to get unwrapped, carbon protection and the number plate.

Fingers crossed :)

Supra is Home.
GR Pro Manual 6, with all the bits and bobs, and in the best colour, Black ;)
From what the dealer told me, it is first come first served from what available stock is left across all UK dealerships.

Having owned A Mk IV for 8 years (UK Spec TT, Man6, 1993), I had been holding out for the manual. and I am happy that I did. The clutch does feel a little spongy and does travel more than I like. I'm not sure if this can be tightened or hardened - something for me to investigate.

I am planning a Seibon MB-Style Spoiler, but for the time being, I'm not interested in performance mods, I will run the car as a weekend drive and enjoy it. Later down the line, I'll look at a cold air intake and exhaust, only because I find the car is just a little quiet for my liking.

Hello guys, any other information or confirmation so far regarding the availability of a manual from Toyota UK direct?

I'm from Singapore and my dealer who has contacted her dealer in the UK and was told there are no more manuals within the dealership network.

Seems like a rather short production or allocation run for the manual for the UK....

my Absolute Zero 3.0 Pro Manual is possibly up for sale. '58 Delivery Miles ONLY' and full GTECHNIC Ceramic. Would be looking for list price.
