Interesting, definitely a reduction in backpressure, i'm wondering if the exhaust velocity with this setup is low enough to reduce performance on the stock tune.
i dropped 3 tenths off of my quarter mile time with the exhaust so its helping something.

stock tune, same tires, nearly identical conditions!

No. 100% no.

Exhaust "backpressure" is a meme-level myth. You want ZERO backpressure on a turbo. Hell, if we could make the exhaust a massive f'ing negative pressure vacuum it would be even better for a turbo.

I’m running AA catted DP, AWE resonated touring. For me it’s perfect tone and volume. Sound nice at idle.
Do you have any clips of this setup, or know of any floating around? I haven't been able to find any. I am going back and forth on this setup for mine versus swapping the AWE Resonated Touring for a Remark catback.

Edit: I did find one, albeit a bit short:

I'd love to see those slips.
i cant post them later i dont have them on me but

car went from a 12.04 @ 115 with a 1.8 60ft before the exhaust
it went down to 11.78 @ 120 with a 1.8 60ft after the exhaust

catless downpipe & AWE resonated touring.

I'd be incredibly suspicious that you picked up 5mph from an exhaust, more than surprised anyway. Slips and logs would be incredibly interesting to see.

It would have needed to gain approx. 60whp to gain 5mph traps. Something isn’t being shared here…

Yeah, I was going to say, 5mph is 50-60hp. At least.

Did you retune after the exhaust change?

Wouldn’t a down pipe and exhaust and tune give you an extra 60 or more HP gain?

as i posted above its a modified catless downpipe and catback with an otherwise stock 2022 supra. Trust me i was plenty shocked myself but i've backed the number up with a few passes i also ran 11.9 @ 122mph during the same session on a slightly worse 1.9 60ft this was all done in 30 plus degree Celsius evening at my "local" track.

why would i come on here and lie about being tuned and post mediocre 1/4 times for a tuned car there is nothing on the line.

car was running Canadian 94 octane from the pump. same gas i drive it to work on and it isn't tuned, has no xhp, no weight reduction.

car is not tuned.
