California natives, whats the best way to go?

1. Revert back to stock - go to ref, go to court
2. Pay bail, take off single exit, turn off cold start and pray
3. Hire lawyer attempt to get dismissed

Option 1: Ideally not too bad, not many mods. Just don't want to possibly get flagged to go to the ref again in the future.
Option 2: risky risky, fine doubles, possible tow etc.
Option 3: lose the money if lawyer cant win and still have to do option 1 or 2.

I would consider NH a tough state for the annual inspection, but it’s usually just visual and if you aren’t an idiot with a catless DP and RK ti exhaust then you’re fine. Heck we don’t even have income tax. Why do people live in CA?? Oh. I forgot we get like 10 feet of snow a year. I’m just rambling now

Used to live in San Diego, for about 18 yrs. Dealt with friends and such who got "reffed." Surprisingly, never got state ref. Best solution is take everything off, revert to stock etc. Pay fine, move on. Possibly put it all back and pay to play, take yr chances or go safer route with mods. I've since moved to a ref free state and no smog test county. Tired of the California BS. Sorry man, best of luck. It's a pain

Riot is just using their previously negotiated power agreement that allows them to sell their unused allotment to a 3rd party. So the Texas energy grid is also using Donald trump business tactics of buy high sell low ???

It might be more appropriate to say that this shitty Bitcoin company is holding the energy grid hostage. Their core business strategy is to use an enormous amount of energy, which stresses a power grid that is already on its knees d/t extreme corruption and gross mismanagement. When Texas needs capacity, the public utility ERCOT (which is funded by taxpayers) has to bribe this Bitcoin company to stop mining. These payments are manifold larger than the revenue of Bitcoins they would've generated in the same time period. The company then takes the money they extorted from taxpayers to offset the cost of mining, making their profit margins even higher.

I mean the utility company agreed to the agreement between the two. This is that capitalism that everyone wants but then complains when prices go up. They used their right within their agreement to sell to a 3rd party. That third party just happens to be the utility who originally sold it to them. I’m not disagreeing that they use lots of energy. If one company is holding your grid hostage then sounds like they need to do a better job improving their infrastructure they wouldn’t need to charge such a premium.
