Canāt tell if this is a troll post or not. This isnāt a camry to be on a 10K interval oil change schedule. Spend that door dash money on an oil change every 5K, problem solved.21' with about 48k miles, msi intake (installed at 40kish), with no other performance mods on stock oil.
Got a low oil warning at 38/39k miles (last service prior to that was at 30k miles around december 2023) and now I got another low oil warning again at 48k. I also had an issue with coolant being low in the last 20k miles (not sure if this is relevant). I don't track the car but do go for spirited drives sometimes and I have noticed a burnt oil smell recently when pushing hard. Should I be worried at all? I would be fine with adding a few quarts every 7 or 8k miles but I am worried that there's a bigger issue. Any suggestions would be cool.
ps - I wasn't able to measure the oil level but I'm guess that's because the oil temp was too high.

I have no video but I can tell you how to do it. Requires some fabrication skills though. You need a Banjo fitting in place of the sump plug and a short flex line off that to a rigid dipstick and tube assembly which you can buy in various lengths. So the banjo needs to be a -12 or there abouts and you can drill and tap maybe a 6-8mm hole through the centre of the banjo bolt that holds it to the sump drain point so you can still drain the oil. Obviously oil drain will take a lot longer than the std drain bolt but who cares. You also need to find a path for the drain tube and some mount points for it and work out the correct length. So the banjo fitting comes off the sump plug face at 90 degrees and the flex line attached then bends 90 degrees to point upwards where it connects to the bottom of the dipstick tube. The height of the bottom of the tube needs to be somewhere near the height of the oil in the sump when the engine is off. It's a simple concept but fiddly to do. The dipstick tube can have gentle bends in it.Yāall are making me wonder ?. Mine never asks for oil. My other cars do. More so the VW. But still⦠maybe mine is broken ?.
