I believe all the Euro MT's got the red badge.
He’s asking about the 6MT badge the dealer put on his car next to the GR, it’s on like page one or something.

The car is technically a flop for both Toyota and BMW so are we shocked?

They will be worth something in like 10-15 years with low low miles and completely stock.

Unless you're already eating cream of wheat regularly and watching your LDL, don't bother.
Covid and historically low interest rates jaded people’s idea of buying a car along with MKIV and R-34 prices. If someone is buying to hold for 10+ years in hopes to make a killing, they are doing themselves and the car a disservice. Cars are meant to be driven even if you garage them for the winter and take care of them. Buying to flip in 10 years or any period of time is too high risk. Covid was different. Enjoy your cars. Life is too short.

Exactly. Pretty funny reading the comments on there also. Big surprise all Supra haters, and surprisingly, all their profile pics are garbage vehicles ?
95% of negativity stems from dudes who hop onto another man's comment.

Which is... "it's nOT a rEaL sUpRa Doh! A bMw"

I'll take it as a compliment.

EV MR2 next? ?
You know, the S-FR has been greenlit for production, and may be a new member of the GR family. The real question now, is will it make it to the US?

Agreed. The MKIV was a flop too in the US.

Ultimately, it's not that cool of a car to bubble wrap.

S&P500 index funds will out-perform pretty much any car a mortal can afford.

Ask and you shall receive. Taken yesterday night after washing the Supra

It's so weird looking at a CUL rear end with a black badge. You should definitely get a USDM red supra badge.

There will probably be quite a few bubble wrapped versions in the 2050s. People do this all the time with boring cars that they think will be worth a mint. For example, those C4 corvettes that pop up occasionally with 70 miles on them.

Wow,
Exciting first post! ok the mystery of the badge is solved! The broker who tracked down the car for me put it on. I told him it caused a bit of chat on this board. For the Vette trolls I owned a C6, C7 and C8. They were all track cars! The C6 and C7 were manuals and the C8 was the dual clutch. Took the C8 to the track 3 times and was totally bored. Could not even put a jacket in the car because it is so tight and the wife hated the wall. Sold it for $20K more than I paid in early 2021. I drove the 993 T on the track and it is a boat. The Caymen GT4 was fun but too many out there as well. A buddy had the Supra automatic and it blows all those cars away, just because you really need to know the car to keep it on the edge. I hope there is no Porsche owners now upset. So the manual Supra just brings it all together. I like the fact it is a very low production car and stands out wherever I go. I only have 800 miles on it so it has not seen 6500 RPM yet! This car seems to draw a lot of attention on freeways with people wanting to play but does not look as gaudy as my old Vette's. The badge stays!!!!!!!
