Anyone believes the news of the new Lexus IS having the BMW B58 inline 6? Multiple websites posting articles on it.

No. It's vaporware. Lexus has their own 3.5L Twin-Turbocharged V6 and are almost done (or even finished) with the 4.0L Twin-Turbocharged V8. A lot of reputable sources and insiders I spoke to also have mentioned there is a 2.4L Turbo I4 to replace the 2GR in the Lexus lineup. Generally, one should expect this from the Lexus lineup in the next few years:

- 2.4L TI4
- 3.5L TTV6
- 4.0L TTV8
- V6 Turbo-Hybrid

hmm don't think so as the Lexus IS & GS have typically followed the powertrain offerings in the Toyota Crown as it runs a few years ahead of its brethren. The Crown that was released last year only has
..and I doubt the 3.5 TT V6 will come to the next gen IS/GS/RC F as that engine isn't exactly known for wanting to be revved out..after the 3UZ which was shared between GS/SC/LS/Crown, Toyota hasn't shared any the same powertrain setups from the LS to the other models.

I’ve been hearing countless arguments that the Supra is a BMW. But how come I’ve never heard people saying that the Z4 is a Toyota? It’s a collaboration between BMW and Toyota. Just wondering....:hmm:

This video is  I know you guys will agree with me

Soon as he said "i can't wait to get next to one of these in an SRT product" i disliked and closed. If you're going to be talking abour racing against one of these in a straight line on the street, you're an idiot.

Sad but true and those SRT boys just love to instigate races with imports, well at least here in California where I live. Though I do not condone street racing, just glad to have 900whp on tap with my MKIV, when it is positively and absolutely necessary to open a can of whoop ass!
