What did you do to your Supra today?

I've always pulled off the caliper in order to use my caliper compression tool. What do you guys use that'll fit into that space when it's still attached?

Old brake pad worked for me.

oh, just brake pad and c-clamp? i usually use a squeezy-type compressor, would that fit without pulling it off?

I use needle nose pliers and a regular set of pliers. I use the needle nose to fit in the tight spot then push like a lever to compress the piston enough to fit the other set of pliers on the other piston. Then wiggle and push both as needed to push back both pistons as the same time.

Just use old brake pad against rotor as leverage. Open 1 side, slide in new pad then do other side with old pad as well. That way new pad prevents side you just opened from closing too much again. This is obviously just for the front.

Maybe the video is deceptive but are you not running just a bit too close to the second car on course? Actually looks a lot too close and pretty dangerous in the video. The safety stewards would blow a gasket if we did that in my region. Hope you had a good time though!

I use a vacuum pump on the master cylinders reservoir. Sucks the pistons in by itself.

Yeah, it was close but never seemed scary. Both cars were in a straight line so no worse than passing on normal count road. We are extremely limited on sites/space and we make the most of what we have. And yes a great deal of fun.

Looking great. The base of the seat looks very comfy. If you are planning to use the OEM seatbelt route it through the side holes. Otherwise it will not catch you and you will go under in the event of a crash!
