Did you need an alignment after installing these in the caster and control arm? Even though they are fixed.
Absolutely!

Despite being fixed, installing new caster and control arms directly affects your car’s suspension geometry, including camber, caster, and toe settings. Even if the arms are preset to a predefined length, the tolerances and adjustments will differ from OEM parts and must be dialed in specifically for your car.

Dude, you won’t believe it. I installed the camber arms upside down. I had a feeling something was off. ?. Was fighting it over a hour to get it fit too.

Did you guys bother installing a snap ring here? Even though it doesn’t come nor mention installing one.

If you had to use a standard automotive 10T press to seat that bushing, no need for a snap ring. Friction fit will hold.
I used a 4 ton bottle jack press.

Might just install one or can order a 10ton one on amazon and see if i can some put more pressure on it. Does feel bottomed out though. I was maxing out the 4ton bottle jack with a extra lever on it lol.

Is the lip on the other side flush with the arm? Your good if it is.

It's not. Looks like I gotta press them in some more.

I imagine that is fine although it is slightly offsetting the arm.
Wouldn’t it technically offset it more by pressing it in more though?

I think they’re in good enough. Gonna go with the snap ring route if I can to play it safe. Looking at the markings of the oem ones. They don’t seem that perfect either.
Although much of the energy is absorbed by the bushings too.

Update* Millway instruction state to: Press until the flange is in contact with the thrust arm. They also are supposedly to come with 3 screws with a bracket to lock it in. (Mine didn’t). So gonna prolly see if I can get a ring on the end.

I also slightly offset my control arm too. I guess by pressing them in too much?

@Habu quick q: i see you are selling a set of KMP thrust bushings. What made you decide to go with the Millway over the KMP?

They are sealed. Where as the KMP don't appear to be. Other than that, they don't seem bad. Surprised KMP missed something important like that.

probably intentional choice. i'd rather have a naked bushing then a seal that traps moisture/grit inside a monoball tbh.
