We tend to stick to Nankang CR-S for any events but recently one of our guys needed to stay at 220TW for his division and ran the Goodyear SC3. He stated he was pleasantly surprised how they performed.

Yea but your aero would start working.

I would lean against the A052 for price and they won't be great in Florida heat.

Suggestion for quick lapping tires:
RE71RS
Kumho V730
Goodyear SC3

Anyone have experience with Yokohama AD09 vs other tires?
Not direct experience, but AD09s on a heavy ZL1 Camaro - notably slower than a similar car on RE71RS. Decent in rain, decent when hot, but just a step down in performance over the "popular" TW200 tires. Unfortunately, its saddled with Yoko's premium pricing.

The circled endurance 200 tires had good pace and life when reading thru the individual GRM articles. The ECF was one that wasn't on my radar until recently.

Otherwise, rs4 and v730 are pretty much the most popular choices for intermediate hpde.

This is the most odd graphic. This isn't by pace is it? Because it's way off if so.

Out of the ones you circled, V730 is the fastest, and probably the cheapest. $900 for four 275/35/18 is probably the best price/performance ratio out right now.

ECF is like a modern day RS4. Slow as balls but lasts forever.

Vertical axis is life. Horizontal doesn't have a meaning, iirc. I prefer this to the GRM table when giving a quick recommendation to someone that hasn't read the articles yet, since the info is pretty dense. It only makes sense after you've read a couple.

Problem is all the testing is done on a car that weighs 25lbs wet with 1.53hp. Most GRM tests I just read as entertainment.

It is quite comical to see them claim that tires with a zillion heat cycles are faster than stickers. I should be charging a premium for my take offs!
