I just built a Supra on the configurator & Toyota raised the Delivery Fee from $930 to $955! I know its not much but still odd so soon. Could it be because of the high demand?

No dealer would squabble over such a stupid low $$ amount but delivery/shipping fee is a hard charge on invoice to dealers when car is wholesaled to dealership. Its not like the "dealer fee" which is pure profit.

My car been stuck at port since 7/20. Dealer texted me yesterday and said the car supposed to be shipped 1.5 week ago according to DD. So now they don’t know where my car is. It’s not at port or at dealer lot.

They need to call their regional office and get answers. Somebody knows where it is and why it was delayed. Insist on answers. Don’t know is the wrong answer

my car has been at the NJ port since 8/12. and last time i spoke to my sales guy he mentioned the inspection takes time at the port and even though my dealership is at North NJ (15 miles) from the port, this gotta be the most anxious time of my life waiting everyday for that phone call.

and next month i will be very busy travelling for work..i might not even able to pick up my car at all..

You are correct. Delayed vehicles are now being delivered.

My optimism about arrival was just dashed. Today’s dealer update took away all arrival dates...now they have no clue what’s going on.

My dealer just let me know they got notified the truck is on the way so expecting my LE to be delivered today!
