Left low beam malfunction

Talked to my service adviser today since I am over 30 days since I took the car in. There still is no resolution and they are expecting a recall to go out mid December or Mid January if they can figure out how to resolve the problem. I also saw another notice that they are stopping the sale of the car. Which means that if my :lemon" request is approved I would not be able to buy another supra. They are really twisting my arm here and forcing me not to buy another.

It is for units made from part of July through late August. You can get another Supra, just not one of those.

Echoes my conversation with the buy back agent. She said she didn’t think replacement was on the table due to lack of confidence that the replacement wouldn’t have the same issue.

She’s checking to make sure but they might be shying away from putting any more cars out there that could get lemoned.

PDI and recalls so far. I was supposed to go to south east Toyota headquarters in November for training but Toyota isn’t ready. Too busy with buy backs right now
