Punched in my VIN on both the NHTSA and Toyota Recall sites and I have two outstanding recalls on my 2021 Supra.
Guess they're going to really lock down the ECUs now! ;)

Nice, bring it in is the right way. I think there's one more warning message after the one you see, that tells you to add oil immediately...so just take it to the dealer. Interested in what they come up with!
I went the SPL route. Can definitely get beyond -3 degrees but i've been satisfied with -2.5 degrees.
It might be easier for the alignment tech as they're just working under the car the entire time.
I'm not sure of the pros/cons mixing and matching parts. I can imagine as we're only changing...
Gotcha. We'll have a similar setup then. I like the stagger setup as I already have too much oversteer - I don't need more front-end grip. The playfulness and balance are fine to me and I much rather learn to drive the car better #drivermod.
The CP was not built for someone doing repeatedly...
I never had the SX2 on my BRZ, but that does seem to be a closer comparison based on my limited knowledge.
I would also like an endurance tire (versus an A052 time attack tire). We'll have to wait longer, unless you're open to new size setup (which I am personally not looking to do). There are...
Unfortunately I will not be on track again till the end of August (Sonoma Raceway this time). My PSS also dramatically lost traction after the first track day and it was noticeable even on the street. An autocross afterwards, it was mostly like riding on a hard tire.
Thus far, after the track...
absolutely. like the temperature menu hidden on a performance car? come on. Some OEMs do it right but I'm seeing a particularly poor level of transparency from BMW.
Fair question. No one has proven anything of the sort with this motor. If someone has, share the information and I'll happily learn from it.
Nothing in my statement stated whether or not damage to an engine occurs regardless of low oil level warning or low oil pressure warning. If there's...
Inconclusive about when damage occurred. No one's proven one way or another.
Yes if you check your oil regularly you can get a warning of low oil prior to the system popping up with a warning (the notification text is slightly different). But no, it's not automatic.
This is also different...
Don't hold your breath if another time you check (or the 1000x afterwards you check), the level goes up/down. As opinions vary, it's not a problem till you get the warning to add oil. I've got no concerns running most any gasoline engine car with an oil level that's somewhere between Low and...
There are recommended pressures in the infotainment screen that dynamically adjust. If you follow those pressures, you'll have decently better tire wear but it's not going to necessarily maximize your tire grip.
RE71R would be happier to run with lower pressures than the recommended in the...
Indeed - my friend with a 2020 GT4 (not part of the engine recall) is consuming a quart every 2000 miles (it's his daily and casual HPDE car). Porsche states it's also very normal and they're using 0w40.
Fair enough - to each their own and we're also faced with different variables as we're not the same driver nor are we going to the same track events. Just more data points to consider. My fear with some pads is, while you're managing the pads, sometimes in those situations they'll just fail...
Save your labor and everyone's ears and avoid the HP+ pads. While I don't know anyone who has tried them on a Supra, 100% of cars (including one of my own) that I've seen with that pad make the worst squealing sounds that announce your impending arrival 3 city blocks away.
As you experienced -...
