I agree, unless they come up with some ingenious way to run a Rotary; cleanly, reliably, and safely…I don’t think there is a prosperous future for the Rotary.
“In addition to the exhibition cars listed above, some parts from the 2022 lineup of GR Heritage Parts for customers who truly love their vehicles will also be exhibited.”
Gee, I wonder what “new” parts Toyota has ready for their customers .
Understandable, however, I was specific about 2022 well before concrete info about the new Z emerged.…coincidental?
Yamaha is going to play a VERY important role in the upcoming offerings. Whether they will be EV’s or not, well….that I cannot comment on.
I told everyone, but people refused to believe.
My source even told me a while back that there would be a batch of A9x’s sent to Motomachi factory for something, but he refused to go into detail.
Also, there is a new LFA in the works that “supposedly” will share underpinnings with a future...
Yeah, I meant pre-painting. The arc spray prior to painting. The reason I mention this, is the sprinkles of rust that look like arc spray under the paint. If arc spray was post-paint, it would look more detailed and wouldn’t stick very well. This looks like it may have happened while the raw...
I know this sounds crazy, but it maybe from nearby arc-welding flares. When I use to work for a manufacturing company, when we took a tour of the factory where they welded different metals, if steel was welded very closely to other metals, the arc would shoot off molten bits onto the surface of...
Alot will depend on driving style too. You can go with an aggressive tune with a Pure800 and make 700whp on the stock block (Ethanol and basic supporting mods) no problem….but off the line WOT and launches (especially with sticky tires) and your trans will hate you quickly! 630whp is honestly...
600whp is about the limit, after that the trans will slip. Luckily, the clutch packs burn and wear out and not the gears. So a rebuild or upgrade will only need Hellcat packs.
a better flowing head has more potential. Which one has a better flowing head….that’s the one that has better tuning potential. It’s not rocket science.
A huge part of their high premium price tags nowadays is availability…at least for the 90’s and earlier Japanese sports cars. I’m not trying to brag or showoff because im not really a die-hard Supra fan….but the reactions I get every time I drive my MKIV reminds me of just how sought after the...
Wait, are we talking about JDM RHD cars? If so, my apologies….I was referencing “USDM” versions this whole time. Sorry for the mix up, I was talking about Japanese-made cars sold in the U.S.
