I'm sorry dude but...

It probably will have fix-a-flat instead of a spare tire.

:D
I just hope it does not have fake fix-a-flat :eek:

Exterior wise, it looks pretty. I like the lines. But idk, man... something just seems off to me.

Not a fan of that interior. Literally nothing from what we’ve seen excites me, except the potential for HUD

Are you trying to defend the fake vents on the Supra? Lol

You make no sense.. carry on.. lol
When there are so many more important aspects of the car to be sad about, crying about form over function when virtually all car designers have been pandering to such design languages for the past couple decades is what makes no sense :s the fake vents look good on the Supra which is the main thing here.

Lol. I do agree with you. There are many more important things to be sad about with this car. This just adds to the long list of things toyota should’ve could’ve done right with the car.

Let's decode this VIN!

WZ1DB4C5XKW000003

W= Country of Origin = Made in Germany (Production car will be made in Austria though, so perhaps this will change)
Z= Make of Car = Z hasn't been used I don't believe, so Z must = Toyota
1= Manuf. Origin = I believe this means Munich?
DB4C= Car's Model Code
5= Safety Restraint Type = 4 means Seat Belts + Dual Stage Airbags, so maybe 5 means it also has Pre-Collision stuff.
X= Check Digit
K= Model Year = 2020
W= Plant Code = Graz, Austria (This is correct)
000003= Seqeuntial Production # = This is the 3rd Prototype VIN I guess.

This is just an insult. This tells me all I need to know, BMW should sell the Supra as their newest model.
You wanted lightweight and cheap right? Power door locks cost money and add weight...:D.

I never said anything about lightweight and cheap. I am not concerned with the weight at all actually. The mkiv wasn’t lightweight by any means and it did just fine. But really, those stupid mid 80’s lock knobs? Wtf? You take the most disliked thing from BMW and put it in the Supra? This doesn’t make any sense. I guess the door panel is 100% the same as the Z4. When you are cutting these type of corners it says a lot, this is not the Supra people have been waiting for. Just my opinion of course.

So you're telling me it's unlikely that 000003 is the price?

Based on the fake vents and heavy use of cheap looking black composites....I cannot see how this car will be sold for $60k. If it will cost $60k, it will surely be the highest trim with all the bells and whistles possibly available. Why? Because you can get a super high quality, well equipped, luxurious, and brand spankin' new Lexus RCF for $68k (before taxes). If your telling me the MKV Supra is ~$8k cheaper than an RCF, especially looking the way it does now....I'd say your crazy!

Based on the info and quality from the images from Goodwood, I don't hate this car....however, I don't respect it as a MKIII/MKIV successor. To me, it will be a 370Z competitor (in both price and performance) with turbo-charged power. Not necessarily a bad thing.
