I decided to turn my car back to stock to sell. I reflated to a stock map and put back on the stock intake, charge pipe, and downpipe. I am now getting drivetrain malfunction errors and getting the following codes 120408, 123432, and 123401. The car was working perfectly fine before the parts got swapped. Any idea what this could be?

Did you touch the turbo? Or forgot to plug anything? Or forget to transfer the pipe gasket? If no to all that try clearing codes and go for a drive.

Sounds like you forgot to plug the WGA electrical connection back in.

Those are all WGA codes.

How did you calibrate the electronic wastegate? I know it can be done with Toyota INSTA, but I am having trouble registering a new account to download the program and TechStream also.

Use MGFlasher. It's free. It will tell you if the gate is too long or too short and give you the exact millimeters. Just need an Enet cable.

ISTA never needed to calibrate WG. It also doesn't "calibrate" anything, as ISTA just gives you the measurements this app does for free.

Yeah, for some reason this app hasn't been mentioned all that much on the forums, but MG Flasher is a great troubleshooting tool and all the diagnostic capabilities are $0.00. The WG measurements alone have saved me tons of time.

It used to log for free as well, I think they recently changed it so you have to have a logging license though.
