Posting again to see if I can get any help,

2021 Supra less than 9k miles

Car wont allow me to rev out 1st or 2nd gear

1st gear goes to 10mph

2nd gear 20-23 mph

Car is throwing •Chassis Stablilization (reduced driving stability) every other gear allows me pull to redline.

car has charge pipe, dp, awe exhaust, was going to tune it but trying to figure out the problem before doing so….

That’s really weird, I wonder what’s causing that chassis stabilization error. On the bright side it’s definitely not your transmission and more so a safety feature built in to restrict the car in first and second. I guess they figure restricting it beyond first and second like that would be a safety concern in itself so they allow it to rev out. I would post the exact code it’s throwing and hopefully someone can figure out why it’s doing that. For example the car can act weird about certain codes, I got a passenger restraint code because my aftermarket steering wheel had a stage 2 airbag setup (Europe) instead of a stage 1 setup (USA) and it acted like my passenger seat was bolted down good. Sorry I couldn’t really give an answer man, good luck!

And there lies the problem I believe. I had the same thing. I got it coded out and problem solved. For me it was ride height and aggressive toe out up front. Could be something else for you ofc. My right window wouldn’t shut also. I had to do all kinds of tricks and techniques to put that window up, lol. So now, magically with that code gone, she’s not acting up.

I’d focus on what’s caused that error in the 1st place, correct it and code it out. I bet she’ll let you have full reign (control) again after that’s gone.

What are you using to scan? Need a scanner that scans everything, not just the DME.

If you have access to a full blown Snap On mechanic subscription, oh hell yeah! They keep releasing more and more to independent mechanics. When I was in my fav shop for other stuff, my mechanic never charged me to dial in and take a look ?

Obviously if you have the technical knowhow, most guys on here use bimmerlink or bimmercode. Great tools! Again, I went the window installer, bodyshop full blown Techstream route because we couldn’t get mine to reset any other way. Hopefully, you will not have to go that far.
