Thanks!Good luck!
JB4 adds boost, so I presume increases temperature and volume of exhaust gases. Anyone have problem with the cat in the downpipe burning up? This was a complaint with a roots style edlebrock super charger common on my previous car. Is the JB4 OEM Cat safe? Highflow AA Downpipe Cat safe? or catless is only reasonable way to go?
With the good highflow AA Downpipe, is there a common cat back exhaust to go with it? Higher boost, higher volume exhaust gas, needs to larger diameter pipe? Not interested in sounding cool. Did that with my last car and felt it was a waste (just my oppinion, you guys have all the fun you want). Would like to keep volume under control. Just want to know, if I have the car in the shop to push more air, should I push more air all the way to the tail pipe? Or, is the midpipe and muffler (like the intake) not really a restriction at this level.
