Hi guys, I'm new to this forum. I recently purchased a 2022 Supra 3.0, with only 9000km mileage. I've been driving it for a while, but the fuel economy is around 15.5 mpg, which is surprisingly high. Did anyone have this kind of issue before? I suspect the car has been tuned, but have no idea how to check it.

Donā€™t you guys up there do a L/100km thing, not MPG? On E to I get 18-20 MPG with a mix of city and highway. High 20ā€™s on E50 and on pump mid 30ā€™s with a best of 37mpg. My 18 Mustang GT on E85 go 10pm with the ā€œghost camā€ tune and about 12 with out it. Iā€™m much more happier with my fuel economy.

also if you havenā€™t reset your averages start over and see if itā€™s different.

Yeah, we do L/100km here, and I converted the unit lol. It is 15.2L/100km now on the guage, which is insane to me. I reset the average once I got the car, didn't change much. A full tank of gas only made like 320km, which is about 200 miles.

I have an untuned 2021 and my fuel economy is rather good.
Lowest I got was 6,3l/100km (39mpg) with almost non-stop highway driving 110km/h (68mph) (dutch highways blergh).
And combined I generally get 7 or 8l/100km (29mpg)
Pure city driving generally gets me into the 9 or 10l/100km (23mpg)

I drive the Supra more like a grand touring vehicle and only step on the gas when really in the mood/free spots to do so.

Reset everything and have the car recalculate based on your driving habits.

I have the 335Hp (European) version and manage about 7.5l/100km in countryside and low traffic, 9-10l/100km in cities including traffic jam. This is in "comfort mode", if I drive in sport I don't check.
Would be crazy for a tune to multiply by 2 the consumption, are you only driving in heavy traffic maybe?

Dutch highways are the fucking worst. Everybody is asleep all the way, and they drive super close to you, while playing with their phone.:thumbsdown:

Is there a way to display miles remaining on the gauge cluster? I haven't figured it out I don't feel like reading through the manual, but I'd like to have that information if its in option.

To be on topic I've filled the tank up 1 time and managed 23mpg of mixed driving. No WOTs yet though so I expect this to go down a little.

im sure a ā€˜23 is the same as the ā€˜20 but on the blinker stalk the bottom button on the end is the auto brights for the headlights and the top will cycle through you trip, average speed, average mpg and miles left to empty.

I stared at those buttons the other day and went "wonder what these do" but car was off at the time so didn't mess with them. Thanks!

I live in Vancouver, and the traffic here is not the best, but half of the time I drive on highways, so it should not be this bad.

26 mpg combined
I've gotten 35 mpg on a 250 mile road trip
YMMV

2023 MT at 1k mi with JB+, rarely highway drive at all so I can't speak to hyper-mileing it. Always drive it like it was intended, struggle to break above 19 MPG on 93 šŸ˜‚ Honestly not bad considering most the miles are ripping around the Appalachians.

I got 25 mpg coming back to from Vegas. Averaged 85mph for most of the trip. Having full aero does not help at all.
