I finally decided to give Rexpeed a try with their recent 20% deal on their website. Bought fenders and some interior carbon. One of the items showed up damaged beyond saving, even though the box looked unsmashed and unpunctured. So what happened? It was clear the box had been bent, however, as the longitudinal shape looked more like a banana. Turns out: long stick-like CF items don't like to be bent like a banana. Who knew?

Everyone dreads when this happens. Is the vendor going to respond? Play games? String you along? I received, unboxed, and emailed them about the problem all within an hour... But was my ticket fast enough? Always feels like a ticking clock.

Within 12h, they had mailed me back asking for a few more pictures to file a claim with FedEx. Within 24h they had thanked me for the photos and lined up a new shipment. Communication was clear, well-written, detailed, and personable. But most of all: it was fast, and it was no BS.

I can't comment on the fitment (yet), but I'm delighted with the speed of the customer service. Just thought I'd share my experience. Always nice to find a seller that doesn't do the bare minimum.

I purchased a few rexpeed items

The Carbon fiber "Launch edition" interior trim for the passenger part of the dash? Fits as it should.

Convex mirrors in blue with the GR logo...Fits as it should. Works as intended. Wish there was more cable tie spots though...I hate having my cabling just dangle

I have their carbon fiber V2 rear canards (wicked), and engine and ECU covers (beautiful). And a few other pieces. No issues.

I have a bunch of their items. Is the fitment sometimes less than optimal? Yes. Am I ever unhappy with one of their products? No. Glad customer service was attentive!

I have their EVS rep fenders. It took a lot of adjustment to get them to fit "ok." You get what you pay for but ultimately, I'm happy with them.

I asked questions before and after an order - through their website AND over eBay. They answered within a day both times.

And shipping from Taiwan - I ordered on a Sunday, arrived on a Thursday (West coast) by FedEx.

Good to hear they are better nowadays. They were horrible back in the Evo days.
Ehhh I got two funky fitting A91 rep spoilers from them.

The first one was maybe like C+ quality. I reached out to them about it and I will say their customer service was great and they got a replacement out to me right away. Then the replacement came..... It was awful. It was so warped that it looks like someone melted it. It did not fit flush at all.

I ended up just putting the first one back on because it looked good enough for now. I'm sure if I had reached back out to them they would have sent me a 3rd one, but I got tired of having to uninstall/reinstall crappy fitting spoilers.

Eventually I'm just going to suck it up and drop the money on the OEM one.

EOS one is a 8/10 fit, 9/10 carbon imo. Cheapest I found too.

One end is just barely lifted up to see the command tape underneath. Hardly noticeable.

They are hit and miss on fitment. Cf quality is always great. Some of their dropship vendors suck ass and don’t help them keep a good name. Cough cough a90shop but not to get off topic. Overall the pieces I have were good quality but fitment can be a toss up

+1 for EOS. Has been the best fit and finish of any spoiler I've bought. Has held up for many miles and high speeds.
