I also had a hard time but eventually got the charge pipe on. I thought about removing the inner black gasket but it looked to me that it served a purpose based on how its position so I didn’t remove it. Fortunately all it takes is a little lithium grease and some oomf!

They twist a LOT. A lot a lot. Especially on the factory oil filled motor mounts.
I've been away for a bit. Did you get a motor on top of those new motor mounts?

Wrong. No signs of contact whatsoever. If that was a problem it would’ve come up by now. I’m not the only one running this bar.
You'd likely know more about this car than me. I'm a lowly forum troll, I don't really work on these things.

Oh boy, here we go. Like I’m supposed to know who you are and what you do anymore than you know me. Why not make yourself useful and show me proof of this bar causing problems instead expecting anyone to just take your internet word.

Hey, I'm just saying, you have the bar and don't have any problems. It's probably fine then. Just saying these engines move a lot. Especially after the motor mount reservoirs get a little stretchy.
