wow sucks for you guysWrong!! Most states, including NY & FL
Do not need to read a speed infraction by any type of measuring device (radar , lidar
And vascar. A LEO can write a speed ticket
Just by observing!
I recommend going an hour southwest towards central PA or upstate New York. I'm not a big fan of North Jersey:/Thatās one of the reasons why i moved!
U canāt enjoy any motor sports in NY!
Some of us make a good living with the high paying jobs in NY.These ARE easier to fight however. (one of the first questions you should ask, and capture on camera if possible, is "how was my speed determined") In many places, like Neveda, many high speed tickets last year, such as those over 100mph, end up being adjusted to "parking violations". See the states AB411 Legislation. I am not sure about NY, but to be honest, NY may be a great place to visit, but I see absolutely no reason to live there, an this only reinforces that.
