I know a few of us have been having issues with DSG delivering on promised timelines, I figured id drop the full timeline here of what I have been told since I keep getting DMs about this from other members who are also concerned.

July 10, 2023 - Purchased ADRO Side Skirts and Rear Winglets.

July 10, 2023 - ETA given by DSG via forum DM:
“For the eta, we were told sometime towards the end of month or early August so very soon, I'm hoping we get it sooner than later.”

Aug 07, 2023 - Update from DSG via forum DM:
“I believe the container is landing imminently, just waiting for word from ADRO”

Aug 10, 2023 - Update from DSG via forum DM:
“So it's going to be more towards the end of month for the first batch finally (longer than anticipated but out of our control, however, they are usually accurate, it's just being the first batch possibly slightly longer production time).”

Aug 26, 2023 - Update form DSG via forum DM:
“Still expecting end of month as per Adro so I'm assuming next week”

Sept 06, 2023 - Update from DSG via forum DM:
“Alright good news, as per ADRO, the first batch officially arrived at their warehouse (yesterday I believe). Shipments should start going out I would imagine starting early next week. I'll be in touch with tracking as soon as I have it and can get things moving from there”

Sept 14, 2023 - Update requested via DM, no reply.

Sept 18, 2023 - Contacted ADRO via IG DM. Explained my issues. ADRO stated:
“Our container got delayed and we had two massive containers hit our warehouse. We are backlogged for a bit and had our staff do over time last week to fulfill orders. If it hasn’t shipped it should be done this week.”

Sept 19, 2023 - I was called by Eran from DSG Support. Eran explained that another container was landing soon, and my side skirts would be to me by the end of the month. Eran also stated that there is now no ETA on my rear winglets, and that this was ADROs fault, not theres.

Sept 26, 2023 - Update requested via DM. Called by Sean from DSG Support. Sean stated that I was never promised that I would have the skirts by the end of the month, only that they believed that the container would land by then and that the would ship sometime there after. Sean also confirmed that there is no ETA on the rear winglets.

Sept 27, 2023 - Called by Sean from DSG Support again. Sean again confirmed the same as the day before. No new info or ETA.

So It is now nearly 3 months since I initially ordered, and 2 months since DSG’s initial ETA. Every single update here came ONLY after I requested an update. DSG sent me no updates without me asking for one.

Yeah, at this point, I'd just appreciate if there was maybe a once a week/biweekly, 1 sentence update to everyone with update. Working in manufacturing myself, I understand supplier issues/logistics issues/manufacturing issues, but communication issues is 1 area that can be easily handled and addressed immediately.

I wouldnt mind checking in back on thread once a week to read "yeah, still dont have update", week after week, than having radio silence.

Another 2 weeks have gone by without updates from @DSG Performance

Ive called, sent emails, sent DMs, no reply.

I hope when you receive, it's perfect, and you get a discount. Zero reason for lacks communication.
Sorry man. I was 2 Scotchs away ordering it. It does seem like those that ordered direct, are receiving kits.

Most likely they haven’t even placed in the order to ADRO and used your money to facilitate their cashflow..

Asked for a proof of their order with ADRO.

Many of these resellers have cashflow issues because they don’t manage their accounts properly. One day if rhey need cash they can just dip their hands into that pool of money and when another dide place in their order with new cash, that money will be used to fullfil the previous orders. That’s how this type of business works

Most of you have received DMs already however I apologize for being unable to reply to this thread sooner. We had a problem with our Forum account that was only resolved this morning which prevented us from posting, additionally we were closed for a local holiday last Fri-Mon.

We have some orders that are arriving for fulfillment shortly with the remainder to follow with the following container ADRO is receiving, based on order assignment of when your purchase was made.

We appreciate everyones patience and business very much, all orders will ship out as soon as possible and our support team should have given everyone an update directly at this point - if not you can expect one shortly.

We're very excited to see everyones photos of installation once you get your kits/parts!

So, just a generic email that provided minimal to no true update..... brutal. I know its a highly sought after kit but damn why take preorders.....
