I could have sworn I saw something about Femto having something going on in Belgium, that's probably related. If it's really $800 and only a week wait. This might be as good as it gets.

Belgium is safe. It is kinda the center of power of the EU. If there were any Russian conflict on Belgian soil it would be all out war.

I'm not sure if -this- is Femto, but there's another popular unlocking company that's based in Belgium that recently released support for the Mercs with an MG. Looks like this might actually be it.
