Audio lag with phone

I’ve searched and haven’t seen anybody mention this.
But do you guys notice a lag with the audio and your phone?

For instance, you’re playing YouTube, Netflix, pandora, etc. on your phone and there is a second or two delay between the two.
Is there a fix for that?

I'm with you man. I just got the car and noticed the Bluetooth audio lag. I'm surprised more people haven't discussed this issue. Or is everyone just plugging in their phones into the USB port like we are back in 2007?

That lag has been in every car or truck I use bluetooth with.

My OEM 2013 Scion FR-S and OEM 2018 Honda Civic radio didn't have any audio lag. The aftermarket Sony headunit I upgraded the Civic to is also lag free.
