There should be no issue if I mix that with 91 octane fuel?
Our cars can run E15-E20 stock but keep in mind a lot of gas is already E10 to begin with. 1-2 gallons mixed with 91 octane shouldn't be an issue.

So I installed the JB+ a few days back and by butt dyno does not feel any difference.

Have driven around 100kms, does it need more time to take full effect? It is dialed at the 3pm default position. Should I crank it up all the way?

Thinking of doing 200 cell downpipe next. Would that help that JB+ achieve better results?
For me the mid range increase was significant and with my intake the turbo based on sound is clearly running higher boost. I did notice the gains dropped off at higher RPM so redline pulls with WOT felt similar to stock.

Owners manual says E25. (standard fuel in some countries like Brazil)

Up to 3 gallons is typically fine. I wouldn't do any less than 2 gal E85

I've only done a max of 2gal, have you noticed a big diff between 2 and 3?

Thanks! I really wonder if I were to increase/decrease the JB+ I’d maybe feel a difference at just 91 oct fuel? I’ll prob stop at an e85 pump tomorrow to see if that helps. It just sucks cuz the e85 pump is out of the way a little bit :( so idk if I can keep up going there all the time. the gas station I usually go to is literally half a mile away from me.

I'm running just 91 octane myself and can definitely feel a difference at the stock 3 o'clock position.

Let me put it this way, stock tune has timing corrections on 91 ?

hot running engine with a baby turbo

If you decrease the JB+, it would help.

damn, I seriously don’t know then! I’ll try both increasing and decreasing it and see if I feel any difference. It’s probably working and It’s just me not feeling it for whatever reason. Appreciate the help !

thanks, appreciate the help! I’ll have time hopefully later today to mess with it. When increasing/decreasing the dial on the JB+, should I follow the same steps as installing? Like opening up the hood, waiting for the computer to turn off, setting down my keys far away from the car, etc. Or can I adjust the dial whenever?

I thunk you can adjust it on the car. No need to remove it.

Yea, I wasn’t going to uninstall it, but just wondering if I should follow the same steps as the install to adjust it. Or if it just doesn’t matter.

Edit: also, I probably shouldn’t be running it higher than stock at 91 oct correct? Either keep it at the default setting or decrease?

@Hasan is right. I adjusted mine while it was on the car no problem.

Just take the cover off and turn the dial while its hooked up, car off.

You can try turning boost down from default to maybe 2-2.5 psi and see if the car is any quicker.

sacrificing timing for boost kills power.

Yea just adjusted it a little bit ago. I think it’s at around 1pm now? It’s a little lower than the default. I went for a small drive after, and changing gears is a lot better/smoother. Not sure if I can feel a whole lot of difference in hp, need to go for another quick drive.
