I haven't been able to do any testing because we got dumped on with snow. As soon as I can get the car out of the garage I'll update this post.

Thats a very small gap and will do less good than it's worth.

Ill try to get those custom log parameters for the misfire counter to you before you get the car back out. Hopefully before the weekend is out. So we can try to narrow down the cylinder.

I am assuming you have made a typo here as .22 is getting close to 1/4 inch for imperial and only 10 thousandths of an inch if it's a metric figure you have stated. So assuming it's 0.022" then I would if having misfire issues open the gap to the standard .030" which I believe is the stock gap if for no other reason then to see if it cures the misfire or has a positive affect. A .022" gap seems a little bit tight to me although I see internet recommendations for it.
At the end of the day when you have an issue and you have an easy no cost option to try like going back to the std plug gap you may as well do it.

Yes I assumed he meant .022

Most of the stuff regurgitating on the interwebs came from an older BMW platform. Some people (including some newer tuners) don't know any better.

Yea, tight plug gaps usually meant you had a substandard ignition system that wasn't coping.

Why is the engine producing exhaust condensation on a warm start up? whats the OAT there at the time? Misfires on start up and exhaust condensation/fumes can be a leaking head gasket. Not saying it is but it's typical of a HG leak into the combustion chamber when the engine is shutdown

It’s a lot of condensation due to vehicle sitting for 3 days. Also where I live it’s 45 degrees so it’s quite cold.
Oat?
I checked coolant level and it’s remained the same throughout all these changes I was thinking HG aswell but I’m not sure

Ok I thought it was a warm start. I'd disconnect the port injection and see what happens.

The car was already idling for a while it has reached optimal temp.

I apparently missed some of the posts on this thread. My gap on my spark plugs is also .022, but could adjust them to .030. I did the misfire counter via the and misfire on each cylinder via the MGFlasher app and as you can see it's misfiring on several cylinders. This was just at idle for about 20-30 seconds. So I no longer believe this is an injector issue and maybe is as simple as cleaning a sensor (O2 or MAF) or plug gap issue.
