MY25. Everything OEM, no windshield replacement.

Have this issue from day one since delivery. Not as bad as some of the non-OEM glasses, but you could definitely see the double projections.

Expected issue? It doesn’t look like this on my other cars with HUD.

From reading the 2025 owner manual, I can't find anything related to adjusting the sharpness of the image. I did find this section which may be relevant to you however. If you've already ruled out all of the "visibility of the display" possibilities, I'd take it in. Looks like the windshield as you mentioned plays a role in the display.

Everything cleaned with no windshield film. Sounds like a dealer visit.

Damn, hopefully it can be fixed with a dealer calibration. Otherwise, it’s most likely you have a windshield with a misaligned PVB layer. Did you try changing the position in iDrive to see if it helps?

Not much help by adjusting the projection height in iDrive. One thing I do notice is it does get sharp if I rise the seat height to have my head hit against the ceiling.

I know all HUDs have an optimal viewing range, but this one seems particularly narrow and in the wrong location. Do you think it's more of a calibration issue?

Can only hope it’s something as simple as an ISTA calibration. Seems like from what you're describing its the windshield being out of tolerance... that would suck balls. I’d have the dealer compare it to another supra on the lot to see if yours looks different just to speed up the warranty process.

Not a Corvette.
My HUD is still crystal clear on aftermarket non HUD windshields so something going on with the actual projection I think.

It's possible the windshield was replaced pre-delivery.. Or more likely some kind of calibration issue, if I were to guess.
