That said, I have faith in the bm3 folks more than most.

I can confirm this one if that's worth anything. Barring new updates from BMW on the new non-hybrid DMEs, this is actually happening.

I've even got the website ready to update. Just gotta push the button.

No. CustomROM needs to be installed at Femto when your ECU is there for an unlock.

It allows for RaceRom type functionality.
