Carplay has disappeared

Hey got in my car this morning and carplay has disappeared no way to reconnect

anyone else experiencing this? Know how to get it back?

Same here, disappeared this morning. Did not do anything but drive the thing last few weeks.

Happened this morning as well, I even work at Toyota and we have no idea what’s going on with it. Tried to call support and the guy had no clue what he was talking about

Haven't checked mine but in the name of finding a common connection,
I'd suggest putting software versions along with iPhone number and version as well, going forward....

Wasted better part of an hour messing with this. Had my oil change notice appear today as well and even cleared that out thinking it may have been a bug...

Well, we now have reports from at least 6 people here that all lost Carplay today. I'm guessing it has to do with the date. 12-1-20. Quite possibly a bug in the authorization code. Carplay is subscription-based, and this is about the only explanation that makes since. Your cars were programmed to disappear Carplay on 12-1-20. Probably should have been 12-1-24 or something like that.

One thing to check: do you have the option of purchasing a Carplay subscription via Supraconnect.com online? Be worth checking.

Just checked. No such option under SupraConnect. Never ever any menu/link/etc. to any CarPlay stuff

My carplay disappeared at around 3:34PM PST as well. I think it is related to BMW servers. Last year there was a big BMW carplay outage if you search the news.

A quick review of signatures of those that report this issue all show this happening to 2020 Supras. I don't see any 2021 models reporting this. Has anyone had this happe to a 2021? My 2021 is working fine, just confirmed it a few minutes ago.

Add me to the list of Missing Apple CarPlay. I was using Bimmercode to Disable the Active Sound Design, Auto Start/Stop and startup in Sport Mode. I ran the coding and then I noticed that Apple CarPlay was gone and couldn't get it back.

And, Diablo2112, mine is a 2020 as well.
