Catted downpipe

Any consensus on replacing the downpipe? Avoiding CEL a must so obviously something catted. Is it necessary to tune it afterwards to avoid CEL?

Catted downpipes that have a no CEL guarantee:
-Active Autowerke
-MST

Catless downpipes that don't throw a CEL (by method of a defouler to spoof the sensor):
-Armytrix
-Kenji Garage

All of these pipes could throw a CEL under the right conditions, although they usually don't. The only way to actually make sure you won't get a CEL ever is by tuning.
