Not saying i'm happy about it (emailed 9 days ago got no response).....but this isn't the same as as a large corp being this far back on fulfilling orders. It's just 1 guy it seems, and he's clearly bitten off more than he could chew. Just some less than ideal planning. He's been slow, but at least he's been shipping orders.

Try DM on here. I emailed and got no response too - I think there is something wrong with his email setup because while my messages didn't go through and my email generally works fine - he responded quickly via DM on here.

And I know the squeaky wheel usually gets grease but sometimes, that wheel simply gets replaced.

Got mine and my buddies, did a double install night. First one took just about 2.5hrs and second we finished in around 1.5hrs. Instructions were pretty good, install was relatively simple as someone experienced with working on their own car. Both MT cars so no advice on the coding side. Quality is solid and fit was 10/10.

I can definitely tell they are always improving this product, as my buddies was an earlier delivery than mine, and we noticed that the finish of the product was slightly better on mine, the tabs that keep the 2 tubes together are now included for the user to install rather than having them pre assembled and having to remove then reinstall them, and he even put a fancy engraving on the bottom side.

I think we need to cut him some slack even if he is really slow to respond. Would suck to discourage others from doing what he's doing. Anyway, as nice as this part is, it's not like anyone's build is dependent on it, like a turbo or something.

Still a lot better than the experience I'm having with trackbuilt. Ordered something something about 6.5 weeks ago that needed 3-5 weeks to ship, and they've been completely unresponsive.

Yeah. Waited for months for the pre order to go live and I was legit the first to place an order. We're now close to 2 weeks past the upper range they communicated. Radio silence. At least DAW told me to get bent.

My duct is paid for, built, and likely being shipped to me.

That being said, life happens, plans change, and I will not be utilizing this item. So if anyone who was interested in one, but missed out on the group buy and is in the CONUS, I can ship mine to you for the price paid.

My duct was spec'd as black plastic with Grille insert. The price (including the original deposit and shipping) was $509.

@steven_rosario hey man. It is not cool for you to submit a credit card charge back. I made sure everyone knew that the radar needed to be removed for AT Premium models. I plastered that EVERYWHERE. It is impossible to miss. Especially on the product page before you order. Saying you didn’t know you needed to disable ACC is not an excuse to rip me off. I put so much time and effort into every single one of these kits, especially your carbon set.

Crazy. Could have just as easily admitted his own screw up then sold it with minimal losses. Instead he’s made his mistake, your problem.

My bet is that he used the ACC as an excuse. We were posting about it for MONTHS before the product was even for sale.

My gut feeling is he never intended to pay for that carbon unit and only charged back after it arrived on his door step
