It's no slouch, definitely quicker than an STI and modded wrx, which I have friends with both. It's a bit more maneuverable and agile than the 3.0. It's quick because it has almost 300lb/tq which is not too off from the 3.0. I have about 3400 miles on mine in less than a month. Feels a bit different than my Fiesta ST. Which is pushing about the same modded. With that being said.

I'm interested in picking this piece up too. All things considered didn't seem as expensive as other shops tbh. I guess.

I haven't looked into tuning yet as I'm not sure the build date of my ECM. If your ECM is AFTER 6/20 then currently it is not able to be tuned (I assume a piggy-back would be a viable option). Prior to 6/20 the car can be tuned.
Thanks. Have you seen this article claiming the 2.0 runs at 330hp stock? In my opinion, the 2.0 does feel like at least 300hp stock.

I belive they misstyped there, should be 3.0 not 2.0. This post is 70weeks old, there was no 2.0 on sale at that time, not even in EU, they also state 2020 Supra. And there is no way 2.0 is 330 whp.
Probably in reality 2.0 is around 270-280hp and 400-420nm on the crank, but no more.

I have barely driven the Supra due to the weather near me. I think it has 11 miles on it from when I drove from the dealership to the detail shop for; PPF, CeramicPro and Tint. It should be finished in the next couple of days...then off to my buddie's performance shop for the DP install.

To answer your question, the 2.0 is not slow. I've seen some owners have run 13.2 1/4 mile times stock which makes it comparable to a stock (LS2) C6 Corvette. I would assume with the addition of a catless DP and tune, it should put the car pretty deep into the 12s (just a guess at this point).
Did you have any issues with the check engine light after installing the dp? If you did, any workaround? Are there any issues passion omissions inspections in the future? Some people also reported weird smells with a catless dp, did you notice that?

- Youā€™ll definitely get larger exhaust and raw fuel smells with a catless DP as itā€™s not being burned off in the catalytic converter.

- I havenā€™t installed it yet, because the car is still at a shop receiving tint, PPF and CeramicPro. Probably within the next few weeks.

- itā€™s claims to not throw a CEL as it has and integral welded ā€œdefoulerā€ inside the pipe. This essentially shields and pulls the O2 sensor further away from the exhaust steam....whether it will actually work is another thing.

- I donā€™t have emissions where I live so no issue for me. Also, Iā€™m building my Supra into an autox / track car so it definitely doesnā€™t matter.

Tried getting one of those dps haven't found one yet. The car is rated at 255/295 so i wouldn't be surprised if it's really close to those numbers. I will be dynoing my car when I get a chance here soon stock before I start modding

I assume with small twin-scroll turbo in the 2.0L, the spool up is probably instantaneous with the catless DP.

Have you noticed any bump in the upper power band?

i havenā€™t pushed it too hard...car only has 400 miles on it... waiting for the 1200 mile break in period to really push it... butit does seem to spool in quicker I canfeel it when I accelerate... maybe next is titan protune piggy back they just released... have you heard anything about it?

I wish there wasn't such a long wait time, otherwise I would have picked one up already. Ended up fabbing my own intake and getting to make a box this weekend. I should really just put the stock intake back on to get it dynoed before anything else. Looks super easy to install as well.

Let us know once youā€™ve put 40-60 miles on the car with the new catless DP? It claims to not throw a CEL with that integral ā€œdefoulerā€ but Iā€™m skeptical.

THANKS!!
