Is everyone's center of the hood and center of the bumper above the badge flat and flush? Or is the hood slightly higher/ raised above the bumper?

Some supra’s came from the factory with panel gap so you have to adjust it by yourself. Its pretty adjustable

There are two little rubber knobs on the left and right plastic trim under the hood you can twist to adjust to different heights.

It was fitting fine before then I went to get something installed and they are saying it's like that. I'll try adjusting it.

Did the shop not realize they had to double pull the hood release in the car and tried to just yank on the hood when they couldn’t find the catch release under there?

No I noticed the gap after. I know the hood is closed

I'm sure @J29DB03 meant the shop may have pulled up on the centre of your hood while it was still latched, thus bending it.

I checked my hood tonight, and my gap is much more uniform than yours. Yours has a larger gap in the middle than on the sides. As @mortavious says, I bet you can compensate by adjusting both the left and right stops higher.

You can also further adjust the gap by tweaking the m10 washer/nut combos that secure the top of the bumper to the car in front of the coolant plate. If you really want to get spicy, the bumper can come off and there's a plastic brace that offers even more vertical adjustment in that section of the bumper.

What does the plastic brace look like/ exact part I'm looking for to adjust. Don't want to pull the bumper and not know what I'm looking at.

Edit: are you talking about those velcro pieces under the badge area?

Uniform on my end. Like others have stated, most likely someone who previously worked on the car probably tried opening the hood without realizing that you have to pull twice. Reasons why i generally stay away from pulling off panels on these cars.
