I went about 177 miles to get mine, gently used. Got extremely lucky cause my cousin is the parts manager at the dealer and someone just traded it in to get their daughter another vehicle as she had just totaled hers.

Best of all it is the color I wanted originally and bonus was red interior

- I bought it used with 1,500 miles

Got a one way car rental, drove 420 miles (ok 417), test drove the soup, did the deal, drove the rental 20-30 mins to the airport close by the turn it in, Uber’d back to the dealer, and drove the new car 417 miles back home.
Got annihilated with bugs, super annoying lol.
Made a very strong effort to follow break in processes like varying rpm & gears the whole time. Frequent stops, lots of shifting to hopefully break in the clutch.
I would definitely recommend anyone making a long trip to drive their Supra home, arrange your ceramic coat or PPF somewhere very close to the dealership or get it done before you pick it up if possible.
I’m already going OCD about the damn bug guts as I’ll be getting it coated and maybe partial PPF soon.

edit: these front grilles managed to capture 2 giant cicadas in them
