I thought vehicles with push button start will sense the key fob in the car and not allow you to lock the doors?

I used the Supra App and they unlocked it in maybe five minutes!!!

For the sake of research, how did you manage to lock your key inside the car?

The only way I can think of doing this would be to lock the car with the boot/trunk open and then accidentally leave the keys in there after shutting it.

I was putting "stuff" in the trunk and my keys were in the trunk.

code proximity lock and shouldnt have issue with this. unless u deliberately want to lock it in there lol

Wow I’ve been living under a rock. Barely go into the car’s settings. Now I learned there’s an app for the car. Wonderful to unlock the car!

I was thinking this too.. but maybe that button only works if the key is in your pocket?
