MCS and spring bind/stiction noise

Just got MCS 2W installed and when I turn the wheel at very slow speeds or stopped I can hear a low but distinct, continuous grind/rub like noise from the front coil overs. The gentleman who did the install said that is normal that the spring under load is trying to spin in its place and not being able to do so smoothly.

1) Is this normal?

2) If so do ya all live with the sound or somehow fix it?

Torsion release/thrust bearings will get rid of the noise.

Same issues for me. Wonder how did you resolve it? My technician also said there is no safety issue, but still very annoying.

Oddly I've only notice it after the car has been driven longer distances (hours on the highway, then slow driving in a parking lot), or after driving hard on track all day. Once it sits for a while noise seems to go away... not sure what that's about, but never noticed any issues besides the noise and I've been on them for almost 2 years now.

One thing to look out for is small rocks getting stuck around the helper springs if you have them (get some coilover covers to fix that)

I solved it with adding the swift sheet. Works fine. BTW, did you have the issue when fulling turn the wheel to one side. I can see a little bit lift one that side. Wonder if it is normal.
