Has this been done? Is it even feasible with the bubble roof?

I know there’s obvious performance/weight/rigidity downsides.. which I’m sure will be detailed in the most popular post on this thread.. but thinking beyond this, is a MKV Supra with an aftermarket sunroof possible?

With enough time and money, sure.

No no no. Anything is possible with enough money but the amount of rigidity you’d lose cutting through the roof sheet metal not to mention the safety issues with a roll over. Not a chance in hell. Just buy a z4

Money can make anything possible. I've seen butterfly doors on these damn things, live life to the fullest!

Ngl from a structural standpoint, the supra looks like it's really well designed to destroy that long ass nose before either driver or passenger are injured. I've seen a lot of them crash from street races etc. and a lot of peoples asses are being saved by some good ass engineering. If you were to change that, then I'm not sure how the car would behave in a crash. Maybe it'd still be okay, or maybe your car would look like those garbage cubes WALL-E likes to make???
