Hi everyone, so much like my life, I can’t seem to get this stupid car under control.
So without making this post long, here’s the jist of it.

Got a new intake manifold installed, and now the car won’t boost right. Sent a log to my tuner, and he says something with the reflex is causing it to go into a limp mode. But he says it’s happening intermittently.

well I also noticed sometimes my flex fuel sensor stops reading and won’t correctly display the ethanol level until I restart the car.

So I told my tuner, and he said a faulty FF sensor could certainly throw the car into limp mode, like mine is doing.

so my question to you guys is, could an install of an intake manifold have disrupted the FF sensor, or anything reflex related that could be causing this limp mode issue?

I’ve also attached a SS of the ECUtek data log, the “ CAN ERROR CODE” keeps switching from 1 to 0, over and over again.

*now I get a CEL for

Boost control; Plausibility: pressure too high

Boost control; Shutdown: Pressure build-up blocked

So everything was fine until the intake manifold? I'll just take a guess and assume you're using posi-taps for the reflex. Check taps to see if they were pulled out during install or whichever reflex harness youre using for damage.

Did you have a shop do the work? Just check all the wiring from the sensor to the reflex for any damage first.

I haven't used john's harness, sooooooooooooooo

It was working perfectly fine before the manifold, so even if it’s the harness, it isn’t John’s fault, it’s my shops ?

I mean, absolutely. It's right there.
