Like it Chris, I live in Brisbane and got a similar deal in October last year (also still can’t believe I finally own a 2-seater sports car with kids still in school!). But what a car, took it on my first ever track day yesterday and OMG I thought I couldn’t like it anymore than I already did. It ripped past a couple of Caymens but struggled with the V8 Mustangs... I then let one of the pro drivers show me the ‘cars potential’ ? ?, thankfully I still have some tyre wall left. It certainly turned a lot of heads on the track (not because of my driving) and I think I’ve found a new hobby ?. Take care man and enjoy!
Looks awesome, cant wait to get mine out on the track!

Hi all, just joined this forum with my new '21 Supra 3.0 Premium in Nocturnal, though I've been lurking here for awhile during my car search. Been a Toyota nut for years, so thought it was the right time to add a fitting stablemate to my Land Cruiser 200 Series. You can see more of the Land Cruiser, and soon my Supra, on my Instagram page.

Hi there, I’m Zach.

I’m not a Supra owner yet, but I’m ready to buy my first “not merely practical” car; daughters are getting closer to grown and driving themselves so a back seat isn’t necessary now.

A black 2021 A91 is the leader in my mind, but I’m considering an M2 Comp, 718 Cayman and an Audi RS3 as well. Haven’t driven any of them yet. Working from home through the pandemic has changed timelines a bit so I’m taking my time, but this place has provided good info as I watch reviews and such. Thanks for that.
UPDATE: I actually bought a gently used 2017 M240i coupe. I didn't yet drive the Supra, and I actually did not like the Cayman 718. That sound is awful.

I got a great deal, and I couldn't justify spending 20k more for the Supra right now. I also got the B58 engine with ZF trans, kidney grilles and classic BMW orange illuminated gauge cluster. I'm very happy.

The end goal is to put a very specifically spec'ed 2009-2012 987.2 Cayman S in the garage next to the Bimmer, and I may not ever buy another car again.

Hello Forum Members,

Picked up my Supra on 4/7/2021 haven't gotten any pictures yet but I have already installed the Amazon wind buffet deflectors (thanks forum).

3.0 Premium with DAP in Nitro Yellow. Scheduled for tint at the end of April and I've ordered the Perrin plate relocator (don't have plates yet anyway)

My god does this get attention, people driving along side, stopping and commenting, tint shop guy and gal were drooling.

I've had a STI, RX8 and e90 M3 among others and they got comments but nothing like this.

I better drop some weight so I don't look like the Dad bod middle aged man I am.

Now the only question is my BMW R nineT faster, I know which sounds better (Supra by a mile)?

Nice car history. I've had an STI and a couple RX-8's too. The Supra is actually a lot like an RX-8 in how it drives, just A LOT more powerful ?

As far as the RX-8 yes that's is an understatement. I enjoyed it, superb handling, light weight, manual, and I found it wonderful to look at but it was so slow. After getting beat by V-6 Honda Accords, GTI's and so forth I determined I did not have the kind of roads and commutes that would make it worth while.

I considered getting a MX-5 Club with Recaros as I like convertibles but it was only going to be about $4k cheaper than a 2.0 Supra. Test drove a 2.0 and liked it and after looking at it some more I said F'it I'll just get a 3.0 with the discounts and financing available.

I wasn't originally sold on the styling and BMWness when it first came out but as with most cars you really need to see them in person and drive them. If I didn't have my bike I'm not 100% sure I would have gotten a Supra since no manual transmission, but I do so I did. :)

I haven't missed a manual in the Supra for an instant. It goes through the rev range so fast, a manual can't keep up. It's satisfying just keeping your foot down and banging through the gears. The ONE thing that a Supra can't beat an RX-8 on though, is sound. I had an AEM intake, midpipe, and Exoticspeed catback, and it sounded INCREDIBLE. the Supra sounds good with an AWE catback, but nowhere near a rotary.

Hello all!! I am new, been looking and was lucky enough to have a dealer find exactly what I wanted, a91 edition in nocturnal. I pick it up Wednesday morning. Paperwork is all done, previous dealer they got it from didn't do any prep work and they are putting in a new battery. I got it for $50705 out the door with taxes, title, all fees. I work for Toyota so I used all of my discounts. I did go and look at it and i can't wait to really drive it. Looking forward to meeting you all and learning more!

2021 Supra 3.0 Premium
Hello - I'm a 3-week old owner of a 2021 Supra 3.0 Premium, Absolute Zero. I had a full-body PPF with ceramic coating.

I have never owned a sports car before. Actually, my previous vehicle was a Ford Ranger. :)

Given that I have lived in NYC for over a decade and recently left the city, I have not been driving during that time so this should be interesting.
