I was also looking at painting the stock wheels as they do look cool, are high quality forged wheels and I dont plan on getting bigger tires. Local shop quoted me $1200 to powder coat them and that includes reinstalling tires and sensors. Been looking for liter 19" wheels but only ones I can find that are not crazy money are smaller than stock 8.5 and 9.5" width

Wow, that's high

I just got mine powder coated earlier this week for $600 including removing and remounting the tires, balancing, rebuilding TPMS, etc.

I read some threads that some powder coaters cook the wheels at too high a temp and can compromise the integrity.

Make sure you do your research and that the shop is aware of the issue.

i got three more quotes. two other shops also quoted me $1200 and another was $560. All include remounting, sensors and balancing. For $1200 honestly I rather just find some A91 wheels.

For that much, you might as well get some nice Rays Gram Lights wheels.....

The Gram Lights are really nice and look great, I got a set from Speed Industries for 1700, or there about. Less money than TE 37s and they look almost as nice.

Im not a fan of the 5/6 spoke wheels and from what I have read they are all heavier than stock. Although they do look super easy to clean and... im lazy!

Stock wheels sprayed with Hyperdip Anthracite Grey. Well worth the $85 spent. I can’t wait to put them on. ?
