As I was cleaning my car today I sat back and just looked over all the marks, dings, rubber marks, scratches, etc and smiled.

I can imagine for most of us here, your Supra is probably the most expensive thing you own (other than a house) and you take great pride in it. The showroom thread is a great way to show it off, get ideas, and just generally enjoy looking at it.

HOWEVER, I think its important we laugh at ourselves a bit and show off the battlescars your car has gathered over its (hopefully) many miles.

So with that, post your battlescars earned on track, your oopsies while working on it, your "oh shit I drilled the hole in the wrong spot" moments and enjoy the stories these imperfections tell. At the end of the day, they were built to be driven and enjoyed. Why keep them all locked up pristine looking? Believe me, after the first rock chip, it gets much easier (spoken from someone who's drilled multiple massive holes in my hood 😅)

I went two off into the rocks when I was going too hot into Turn 11 at Laguna Seca. Splitter dipped into the rocks and the side of the car ate them up too. Yummy

Ooof and thats a nice splitter too! Mine is plywood cause good god, the roads here in Pittsburgh are terrible 😅 I scrape getting in and out of my garage and then have to navigate the cobblestone roads around my neighborhood.

I went off again at that same event from above but that was cause I had to dodge a corvette.

Not an off, but the latest track day probably exacerbated some previous curb hopping

I was washing the car under my metal building to keep off the sun. After I was done, I was getting something out of the trunk and knowing how low my building is, I let it happen anyways. Popped the trunk thinking i could pull it up and grab the handle underneath in time. Nope, I didn't realize how fast it would go up. Was sick for a good 15 minutes but I got over it.

My buddy tried using his mini buffer on the one above the emblem but no luck. I refuse to use touch up paint, so I'll just live with it.

Ugh! Man that sucks. Ive done something similar when I had my 12' STI. I feel like everyone does this at one point or another lol.

Guess you have a good reason for a ducktail!

Not this fucking shit fuck stupid forum.
Car(s)
Not a Corvette.
Railroad track = 1
My splitter and bumper bar = 0

Lip of the splitter hit the track rail, ripped the splitter off and then I ran it over. :D

FYI, it won't fit in the Supra. Luckily the rail tracks had a bike path next to it and I was able to find a rider with some tools so I didn't have to leave the splitter behind.

Last summer I went for a joy ride on a back road I frequent without scouting it first, hit a big patch of sand/dirt in the middle of the lane while turning quickly that wasn't there the last time I went out. Couldn't recover before going into a ditch. Fun times.

Don't seem to have any better pics than this on hand though. I was very lucky that the soil was so damp and loose from all the rain that summer or else it would have worse.

Went off on t6 at laguna seca and then the miata like 3 seconds behind me decided that was the perfect time to speed up on the turn and oversteer into me.

Not my Supra, but ripped the entire left rear suspension out of my s2000 in T17 setting up for my flyer at Sebring at few years back.

Car was acting weird the day before on right handers. Welp 😅

Oof! My housemate has an s2k. I always thought the front was what you had to worry about not the rear!

Also kinda wild how the rear quarter looks fine!
