Price Opinion on 2021 3.0 Premium

My friend is looking at this Supra and would like some opinions on the price from forum experts.

32500 miles

No accidents, clean title. No known issues. All stock except after market wheels. Automatic. Grey.

Asking $41,900 Private party.

I know, I am trying to figure this out. Dealer is original owner. Clean title... says cash or credit union check only. I mean 2021 with 31K miles is still under warranty, no? What would void the warranty though? Maybe that's the problem? Tuned? It has down pipe

I’m just saying it’s too hood to be true. If it is then that’s a steal the car is underpriced dramatically

Is the dealer offering the remainder of the factory warranty? Ask questions b4 you buy about aftermarket accessories voiding the warranty.

Good question. I will ask, but probably not. Thats for Toyota dealer

Way too cheap if no accidents or major issues. If you can trade it in still for ~$48K, why would it be listed for $41K private party? That don't make sense. Just do a nationwide search for used 2021 3.0 Premiums, the only ones under $50K are ones with accidents on the record or extremely modded. Are you sure it's not a 2.0? Then the price would make more sense.
